One may adorn themselves with clothes, makeup, accessories and shoes worth a thousand bucks but they will look good only if they are fit. This is a strong statement so pardon me if you are offended. If it makes you feel any better I said it when I weighed 175 pounds, I still feel the same way now that I am 130 pounds (and by the way I am still overweight for my height).
